Refund policy

Regalia - Elevate with Royality (www.beregalia.com) Return and Exchange Policy offers you the option to exchange items purchased on www.beregalia.com within 7 days of receipt in case, there is a manufacturing defect in the products. If you choose to exchange the item for reason of mismatch of size (measurement) or receipt of a defective item, you will need to courier the product back to us. 

We request you to use a reliable courier service for the same. Once your return is received by us, you will be provided a discount coupon of INR 100 in reward for shipping costs per order/parcel. This is subject to your return having met the requirements of this Policy.

In case you choose to return the product. We provide store credit for future purchases, which are valid lifetime. 

We don't have a replacement & refund policy for correctly delivered orders.
